We are looking to hire a Activation Go-to-Market Manager, AI Business Solutions to join our Go-to-Market (GTM) team and to play an essential role in translating Microsoft’s Commercial Strategy to a local execution plan within the LATAM region and driving operational excellence to achieve the greatest results possible for our Ai Business Solution Go to Market Team. In this role, you will drive insights and execution excellence, bringing strategy and priorities to life by accelerating the pace of transformation and enabling Microsoft to deliver business impact at scale.

As the Activation GTM manager for AI Business Solutions, you will accelerate revenue growth, boost field agility, and deliver results with our field sellers by deepening your partnership with key stakeholders across LATAM, Sales, Sales Excellence, marketing, and partner functions, supporting One-Microsoft. You will focus on driving alignment across processes and tools, leading with a solution area approach to optimize pipelines, ensuring effective communication and flawless execution, and leveraging insights to drive data-driven decision-making. This role is critical to driving customer adoption at scale, driven by deep solution play domain, product truth, and partnerships with sales, marketing, operations, and sales excellence.

Responsibilities
  1. You will collaborate with Solution Play GTM Managers and Areas to drive GTM for aligned Solution Plays, identifying growth opportunities in the market and building clear execution plans. You will influence and coach field teams, sales operations, marketing plans, business rhythms, and change management to convert strategic priorities into local execution. Additionally, you will collaborate across Microsoft core teams to bring the voice of the field and co-design strategy and programs.
  2. You will lead Sales Activation and champion solution plays, Highly Engaged, SPA, and other signals, activating connected sales and marketing execution in every segment to maximize performance and share. You will also collaborate with Global Channel Partner Sales (GCPS) for local partner-led marketing strategies and demand generation that support solution play performance.
  3. You will partner with sales to implement field enablement and serve as an orchestrator between the business and the areas/subsidiaries to develop and execute sales programs. You will work with Finance and Product Marketing teams to ensure alignment with business results.
  4. You will advocate as the voice of the Customer, Partners, and Field to provide thought leadership on the competitive landscape, solution area gaps, and sales trends to improve the GTM plan.
  5. You will enhance organizational capability to drive insights, learnings, and identify blockers for leaders, managers, and sellers. You will drive standardized rhythms and tools that increase customer and partner-facing time for sellers and activate leaders and managers on investments and resource optimization, leveraging data and analysis.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales, or related fields.
  • 8+ years of sales / Go-to-Market experience with Small and Medium Business, including creating and orchestrating strategic GTM plans, developing sales enablement strategies, driving marketing and partner programs, product marketing, business planning, product management, customer and market analysis, and executing end-to-end customer journeys.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • 12+ years of experience in marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, or related work.
  • Effective executive communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into simple stories.
  • Strong business acumen and analysis skills, understanding financials, sales processes, scorecards, and KPIs.
  • Experience in cross-group collaboration and stakeholder management across large matrix organizations.
  • Proven experience in executive influencing and stakeholder management.
  • 5+ years of experience or knowledge in Modern Work technologies such as Microsoft 365, Copilot, Teams.
  • 5+ years of experience or knowledge in Business Applications technologies like Power Apps, Power Automate, D365 Sales, etc.
