We are looking to hire a Activation Go-to-Market Manager, AI Business Solutions to join our Go-to-Market (GTM) team and play an essential role in translating Microsoft’s Commercial Strategy to a local execution plan within the LATAM region, driving operational excellence to achieve the greatest results for our AI Business Solution GTM team. In this role, you will drive insights and execution excellence, bringing strategy and priorities to life by accelerating transformation and enabling Microsoft to deliver business impact at scale.

As the Activation GTM manager for AI Business Solutions, you will accelerate revenue growth, boost field agility, and deliver results with our field sellers by deepening your partnership with key stakeholders across LATAM, Sales, Sales Excellence, marketing, and partner functions, supporting One-Microsoft. Your focus will be on driving process and tool alignment, leading with a solution area approach to optimize pipelines, ensuring effective communication and flawless execution, and leveraging insights for data-driven decisions. This role is critical in driving customer adoption at scale, supported by deep solution domain expertise, product knowledge, and partnerships with sales, marketing, operations, and sales excellence.

Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with Solution Play GTM Managers and Areas to drive GTM for aligned Solution Plays, identify growth opportunities, and build clear execution plans. Influence and coach field teams, sales operations, marketing, and change management to translate strategic priorities into local execution. Collaborate across Microsoft teams to incorporate the voice of the field and co-design strategies and programs.
  2. Lead Sales Activation by championing solution plays, Highly Engaged signals, SPA, and other indicators. Activate connected sales and marketing efforts across segments to maximize performance. Partner with Global Channel Partner Sales (GCPS) for local partner-led marketing strategies and demand generation.
  3. Partner with sales to implement field enablement and serve as an orchestrator between the business and subsidiaries to develop and execute sales programs. Collaborate with Finance and Product Marketing teams to ensure alignment with business results.
  4. Advocate as the voice of the Customer, Partners, and Field to provide thought leadership on the competitive landscape, solution gaps, sales trends, and to drive GTM plan improvements.
  5. Enhance organizational capabilities to generate insights, identify blockers, and drive standardized rhythms and tools. Leverage data and analysis to increase seller-facing time, activate leaders and managers, and optimize resources.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales, or related fields.
  • 8+ years of sales or GTM experience with Small and Medium Business, including strategic planning, sales enablement, marketing, product marketing, business analysis, or related areas.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • 12+ years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, or related fields.
  • Strong executive communication, storytelling, and simplification skills.
  • Proficiency in business acumen and analysis, understanding financials, sales processes, and KPIs.
  • Experience managing stakeholders across large, matrixed organizations.
  • Proven influence and stakeholder management skills.
  • 5+ years of experience with Modern Work technologies such as Microsoft 365, Copilot, Teams.
  • 5+ years of experience with Business Applications technologies like Power Apps, Power Automate, D365 Sales, etc.
