We are looking to hire a Activation Go-to-Market Manager, AI Business Solutions to join our Go-to-Market (GTM) team and to play an essential role in translating Microsoft’s Commercial Strategy to a local execution plan within the LATAM region and driving operational excellence to achieve the greatest results possible for our AI Business Solution Go-to-Market Team. In this role, you will drive insights and execution excellence, bringing strategy and priorities to life by accelerating the pace of transformation and enabling Microsoft to deliver business impact at scale.

As the Activation GTM manager for AI Business Solutions, you will accelerate revenue growth, boost field agility, and deliver results with our field sellers by deepening your partnership with key stakeholders across LATAM, Sales, Sales Excellence, marketing, and partner functions, supporting One-Microsoft. You will focus on driving alignment across processes and tools, leading with a solution area approach to optimize pipelines, ensuring effective communication and flawless execution, and leveraging insights to drive data-driven decision-making. This role is critical to driving customer adoption at scale, driven by deep solution play domain, product truth, and partnerships with sales, marketing, operations, and sales excellence.

Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with Solution Play GTM Managers and Areas to drive GTM for aligned Solution Plays, identifying growth opportunities in the market and building clear execution plans. Influence and coach field teams, sales operations, marketing plans, business rhythms, and change management to convert strategic priorities into local execution. Collaborate across Microsoft core teams to bring the voice of the field and co-design strategy and programs.
  2. Lead Sales Activation and champion solution plays, Highly Engaged, SPA, and other signals. Activate connected sales and marketing execution in every segment to maximize performance and share. Collaborate with Global Channel Partner Sales (GCPS) for local partner-led marketing strategies and demand generation that support solution play performance.
  3. Partner with sales to implement field enablement and serve as an orchestrator between the business and the areas/subsidiaries. Develop and implement sales programs in collaboration with Finance and Product Marketing teams to ensure alignment with business results.
  4. Advocate as the voice of the Customer, Partners, and Field to provide thought leadership on the competitive landscape, solution area gaps, sales trends, etc., to drive improvements on the GTM plan.
  5. Enhance organizational capability to gather insights, learnings, and identify blockers for leaders, managers, and sellers. Drive standardized rhythms and tools that increase customer and partner-facing time for sellers, and activate leaders and managers on investments and resource optimization using data and analysis.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
  • 8+ years in marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales, or related experience.
  • 8+ years of sales/Go-to-Market experience with Small and Medium Business, including strategic planning, sales enablement, marketing, product marketing, business analysis, or related fields.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • 12+ years in marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, or related experience.
  • Effective communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
  • Proficient in business acumen and analysis, understanding financials, sales processes, and KPIs.
  • Experience managing stakeholders across large matrix organizations and influencing executives.
  • 5+ years of experience with Modern Work technologies like Microsoft 365, Copilot, Teams.
  • 5+ years of experience with Business Applications technologies such as Power Apps, Power Automate, D365 Sales, etc.
