We are looking to hire a Activation Go-to-Market Manager, AI Business Solutions to join our Go-to-Market (GTM) team. This role is essential in translating Microsoft’s Commercial Strategy into a local execution plan within the LATAM region and driving operational excellence to achieve the greatest results for our AI Business Solution GTM team. You will drive insights and execution excellence, accelerating transformation and enabling Microsoft to deliver business impact at scale.

As the Activation GTM manager, you will accelerate revenue growth, boost field agility, and deliver results by partnering with key stakeholders across LATAM, Sales, Marketing, and Partner functions, supporting One-Microsoft. Your focus will be on driving process and tool alignment, leading with a solution-area approach to optimize pipelines, ensuring effective communication, and leveraging insights for data-driven decisions. This role is crucial for driving customer adoption at scale through deep solution expertise, product knowledge, and strong partnerships.

This individual should be a thought leader, capable of tracking success metrics, working with emerging technologies, creating team alignment, removing roadblocks, and simplifying complex concepts. Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with Solution Play GTM Managers and Areas to drive GTM for aligned Solution Plays, identifying growth opportunities, building execution plans, and influencing teams across sales, marketing, and business rhythms.
  2. Lead Sales Activation and champion solution plays, activating connected sales and marketing in all segments to maximize performance and share. Collaborate with Global Channel Partner Sales (GCPS) on partner-led marketing strategies and demand generation.
  3. Partner with sales to develop and implement sales programs, ensuring alignment with business results, and serve as an orchestrator between business units and subsidiaries.
  4. Advocate for customers, partners, and field teams by providing insights on the competitive landscape, solution gaps, and sales trends to improve GTM strategies.
  5. Enhance organizational capabilities by driving insights, standardizing rhythms and tools, and increasing customer and partner engagement, leveraging data and analysis.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
  • 8+ years in marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, or related fields.
  • 8+ years of sales or GTM experience with SMBs, including strategic planning, enablement, marketing, or customer analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • 12+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong executive communication and storytelling skills.
  • Proficient in business analysis, financials, and KPIs.
  • Experience managing stakeholders across large organizations.
  • Demonstrated influence and stakeholder management skills.
  • 5+ years in Modern Work technologies (e.g., Microsoft 365, Teams).
  • 5+ years in Business Applications technologies (e.g., Power Platform, D365).
