AMETEK, Inc. seeks an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support the receivables process and ensure timely, accurate accounting and financial analyses.

Allocating, following up, and collecting payments, generating invoices, reconciliations, disputes, aging analyses, and policy compliance are core duties. Strong bilingual Spanish/English, Excel, ERP/MRP, and manufacturing exposure are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• Bilingual Spanish/ English required.
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience, preferably in a publicly traded organization with exposure to SOX compliance.
• 1-year experience within a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interests, commision proportions, and percentages.
• Advanced knowledge of excel and proficient MS Word and ERP/MRP system.
• Teamwork.
