A finance company is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst in Chihuahua to manage invoicing, collections, and reconciliation processes. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Accounting or Finance, 2–3 years of relevant experience, and strong skills in ERP systems and Excel. This role involves ensuring timely payments and compliance with tax regulations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Invoicing, and Collections.
• Intermediate/advanced Excel skills required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Issue and validate electronic invoices (CFDI).
• Manage collections: reminders, calls, emails, and negotiations.
• Monitor overdue accounts and implement recovery strategies.
• Reconcile payments against invoices in ERP systems.
• Prepare aging reports and collection KPIs.
• Provide support in audits and compliance processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Invoicing, and Collections.
• ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar).
• Intermediate/advanced Excel skills.
• Advanced English.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
