Aptar is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor for our GBS center in Querétaro. You will oversee AP operations, lead a team, and drive performance against KPIs. The role requires hands-on process optimization and collaboration across functions to ensure timely payments and quality outputs.

Formación

• Minimum of Accounting/Finance University Degree.
• 5+ years working experience, 2+ years AP experience, and 2+ years team leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Own AP processes and ensure SLA compliance.
• Lead and coach AP team; monitor performance against KPIs.
• Drive process improvements and support automation initiatives.
• Prepare regular operational reports for AP Manager and Senior Manager.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across GBS and the wider organization.
