ADI Global Distribution in Juárez, MX is seeking an accounts payable clerk to manage daily invoice processing, three-way matching, and data entry. You will work in a hybrid role supporting the Accounts Payable/Receivable function within a global distribution environment.

The ideal candidate has clerical experience, strong MS Office and intermediate Excel skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while ensuring accuracy and compliance with SOX controls.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure daily SLA are met.
• Data entry processing Invoices/Debits/Credits.
• Daily processing on the assigned records, focusing on priorities as discount vendors.
• A thorough understanding of a three-way matching system (purchase order, receiving and good receipt) is required.
• Understanding and processing of complex invoices.
• Verifies entered transaction by reviewing.
• Ensure all SOX key controls are adhered to policies and procedures.
• Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures; Report changes if is needed.
