Job summary

Genpact seeks motivated final-year students to join its Accounts Payable team in Guadalajara. This internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, global finance operations environment, with potential for full-time employment after graduation.

You will work on real processes that impact the business, build practical accounts payable skills, and prepare for a career after graduation. The role is hybrid and runs Oct 19, 2026 – Dec 31, 2026.

Qualifications

• Final-year student graduating December 2026 or January 2027 in accounting, finance, economics, business administration, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting terminology and how it applies in the workplace.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and record vendor invoices accurately in the accounting system.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and receipts and flag discrepancies.
• Support vendor statement reviews and account reconciliations.
• Respond to internal and supplier inquiries on payment status.
• Organize and maintain accounting documentation and files.
• Support month-end close activities and reporting.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.

Job Description
