Job summary

Genpact in Guadalajara (Mexico) invites final-year students to join its Logistics internship, focused on transactional operations in a fast-paced, global environment supporting international clients.

You will work on real processes, participate in a structured learning experience, and prepare for a potential full-time career after graduation, with mentorship from industry leaders and exposure to cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Final-year bachelor’s student with an expected graduation date of December 2026 or January 2027 in business administration, international business, logistics, industrial engineering, or a related field
• Intermediate English (B1)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Analytical thinking and basic comfort with numbers and data
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic Excel knowledge or willingness to learn during the internship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Review shipment records and documentation to ensure accuracy
• Track shipments and investigate discrepancies or delays
• Assess whether a claim should be filed on behalf of the client and support the claims process for reimbursement
• Make informed decisions and elevate complex cases when needed
• Document findings and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with team members and share ideas in group discussions
• Participate in continuous improvement activities

Job Description

We are seeking motivated final-year students to join our Logistics team in Guadalajara. This internship offers hands-on experience in transactional logistics operations within a fast-paced, global environment supporting international clients.
