The HITACHI ENERGY MEXICO, S.A. DE C.V. is seeking an Accounts Payable Delivery Manager to lead an AP team and optimize end-to-end processes. The role focuses on driving efficiency, accuracy, and compliant financial operations across global activities.

Ideal candidates bring a strong AP background, leadership experience, and expertise in SAP with advanced Excel skills, plus fluency in English and Spanish to collaborate across procurement and treasury teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive AP experience, including 3+ years in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Expertise in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and inspire a team of AP professionals to achieve operational excellence.
• Oversee end-to-end AP processes, including invoice processing and vendor management.
• Drive automation and process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with procurement, treasury, and finance teams to optimize workflows.
• Manage vendor relationships and resolve complex payment issues.
• Prepare and analyze AP reports to identify trends and improvement areas.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
