AP – CREDIT CARD ADMINISTRATOR

Office based - Mexico - (Mexico City only)

We are currently seeking a Credit Card Administrator to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Credit Card Administrator at ICON, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of ICON's credit card program in compliance with SOX & local policies.

What you will be doing:
  1. Setting up credit cards
  2. Updating employee files
  3. Reviewing accounts
  4. Downloading statements
  5. Recoding and creating invoices
  6. Performing reconciliations
  7. Assisting in Month End Close process - accruals
  8. Resolving issues
You will need:
  • Desirable 2 years of experience
  • Finance experience
  • Advanced English skills (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Good accounting system knowledge (Oracle Financial is an advantage)
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on customer service
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines with high transaction volumes
  • Attention to detail and good organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
