We're looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst who’s technically savvy, eager to troubleshoot, and passionate about keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

You’ll support AP operations across multiple systems, work with automation tools, respond to requests from suppliers and internal teams, and play a key role in audit support and ERP configuration. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to do more than just process invoices—you’ll be involved in process improvement, systems configuration, and special projects that really move the needle.

What You'll Do

  • Investigate and resolve AP-related questions from suppliers and internal teams using D365 , AX2012 , email , and bank platforms
  • Monitor and configure purchase order and batch job processes ; troubleshoot errors and delays
  • Provide functional support for AP automation tools (e.g., Xtracta , Power Automate ), partnering with IT and external vendors
  • Support audits by gathering transaction records, screenshots, and documentation from current and legacy systems
  • Maintain ERP configuration related to AP (e.g., payment terms, workflow, check signatures)
  • Participate in special projects and act as a backup for AP Clerk responsibilities
  • Maintain AP documentation and support ongoing process improvements

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or a related finance role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel , Outlook , Teams , and other Microsoft 365 tools
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft D365 and AX2012
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles , with a focus on accuracy and compliance
  • Technical aptitude and ability to configure or support financial systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field—or equivalent experience
  • Experience in a manufacturing/distribution or high-volume, multi-location environment is a plus
  • Advanced English Level
