A leading company is seeking an AP Analyst responsible for managing accounts payable payments for LATAM. The role involves ensuring compliance with various timelines and managing invoice requests effectively. Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activities.
• Handle invoice requests promptly.
• Respond to queries within 24 hours.
• Complete assigned activities within SLAs.
• Serve as the main contact for invoice payments.
• Perform month-end close accounts reconciliations.

This AP Analyst Role will be responsible for AP Payments for LATAM.

General Activities / Duties:

• Ensure compliance with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activities, adhering to all timelines.
• Handle invoice requests promptly to avoid fallouts and escalations.
• Respond to queries within 24 hours of receipt.
• Complete assigned activities within SLAs.
• Serve as the main contact for TMF Brazil to review and approve invoice payments.
• Perform month-end close accounts reconciliations.
