Boston Scientific is seeking a driven sales professional to support the Territory Manager in Monterrey. The role focuses on fostering long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and achieving sales targets through strategic market development. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree and significant medical device sales experience, alongside strong negotiation and communication skills.

Formación

Purpose statement

Core objective of this role is to support the Territory Manager in achieving the goals and objectives of the Division they represent. To aid the achievement of customer satisfaction and business growth through focused business planning.

Key Responsibilities

o Develop an in-depth knowledge of the products and services provided by the division.

o Planning and developing the market for our existing and new products according with divisional goals and objectives, through execution, while optimizing available tools (consignment etc.).

o Demonstrates mastery of all sales tools and programs available.

o Demonstrates a deep understanding of the competition´s strengths and weaknesses

o Develop long-term relationships with customers and / or potential customers of Boston Scientific by visiting on a regular and planned basis to promote products and services to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets, as agreed with your manager.

o Competent contact person for hospital management, purchasing department and hospital staff.

o Solver problems for clients by understanding and exceeding their expectations.

o Maintain a database of clients, prospects, partners and vendors.

o Acquiring new customers in the assigned territory.

o Analyze and report to your manager and/or others (monthly & year basis) the market and business feedback by using all available support tools

o Attend meetings, conferences and exhibitions as required to promote Boston Scientific products and services.

o To represent Boston Scientific values and integrity.

o Participate in the development of less experienced staff members.

o Responsibility of Nuevo Leon, Coahuila and Tamaulipas.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering / Economic / Administrative careers .
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical device sales (Private & Public Accounts).
  • Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Must demonstrate a technical aptitude, and ability to discuss & explain complex technical product information.
  • English (advanced level) spoken and written.
  • Negotiation Skills.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
