YOUR ROLE

1. Oversee local tax and accounting operations, ensuring compliance with Mexican tax regulations (IVA, ISR, etc.) and internal accounting standards.
2. Review and manage financial statements, reconciliations, and monthly closing processes.
3. Lead tax-related projects and support continuous improvement initiatives across accounting and finance.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, auditors, and tax authorities as needed.
5. Act as a key contact for tax matters in Mexico and support the Head of Tax & Accounting in strategic initiatives.
