Accounting & Bookkeeper Assistant

This is a remote job opportunity for a bilingual working environment. Only resumes

submitted in English will be considered.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm (CT), weekend off

Salary offer: $15,000 MXN GROSS WITH ABOVE LAW BENEFITS OR $17,500 MXN NET PAYMENT

(CONTRACTOR) + ACCOUNTING SUPPORT

Operations Assistant to help scale our day-to-day transaction processing and reporting.

What You’ll Do:

● Support daily financial operations including resident refunds, deposit transfers, and

billing transactions.

● Reconcile property ledger data with our internal platform to ensure accuracy.

● Track pending transactions and follow up on delays or discrepancies.

● Handle return-to-sender mail and cancellation processing.

● Assist in resolving accounting discrepancies and escalate when needed.

● Help manage monthly invoicing and internal billing workflows.

● Maintain clear and organized documentation for internal processes and customer

reports.

● Support monthly reporting, account reconciliations, and internal audits.

● Collaborate closely with Customer Success and Engineering teams to improve

workflows and system outputs.

What We’re Looking For:

● 3+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial operations —

U.S. accounting experience is a must.

● Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, filters, multi-tab reconciliations).

● Analytical mindset with the ability to spot discrepancies and dig into root causes.

● Experience identifying ledger imbalances and communicating technical details to

support engineering solutions.

● Self-motivated and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

● Excellent communication skills with near-native fluency in English (spoken and

written).

● Bonus: Experience with property management/accounting systems like Yardi,

RealPage, or Entrata.
