Formación

• Solid knowledge of advanced accounting topics.
• Experience in preparing financial statements.
• Experience with audit processes.

Descripción del empleo

The Finance Department, and specifically the Financial Controller role at Vestas, plays a crucial part in the company's current global growth strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the entire monthly closing process, provide accounting guidance, review account reconciliations, tax filings, and deliver reports in a timely manner.
• Handle monthly and annual tax requirements, including tax returns, VAT, withholding tax filings, and local tax obligations.
• Coordinate VAT reimbursements and related tax audit processes.
• Monitor and manage cash flow.
• Scope includes Latin America.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with solid knowledge of advanced accounting topics.
• Experience in preparing financial statements and audit processes.
• Strong corporate tax experience in South America is highly valued.
• Experience with SAP ERP and BPC is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Excel.
