Eaton's Corporate Sector division seeks an Accounting Analyst in Querétaro to coordinate and reconcile general ledger activity, ensuring data integrity under U.S. GAAP.

The role handles payroll and benefit accrual adjustments, travel expense reviews, bank reconciliations, and contributes to SOPs, with interaction across Oracle and SAP systems.

Strong communication and analytic skills are essential, with a minimum of two years of accounting experience and a bachelor's in accounting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
• Proficiency with Excel, Oracle, and SAP.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and reconcile general ledger accounting activity.
• Process adjustments for payroll and benefit accruals.
• Statutory review and approval of travel expenses.
• Perform bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Create and maintain SOPs.
• Assist with interim and year-end external audit testing.
• Collaborate with bank and Eaton personnel to resolve discrepancies.
