Support Services Group in Mexico is seeking an experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The role focuses on accounts payable, invoice processing, and ensuring timely payments while maintaining accurate records.

You will work with Excel and CONTPAQi software, support payroll and tax compliance basics, and communicate with vendors and internal departments to keep our financial operations running smoothly.

Formación

• 2–4 years of accounting experience in Mexico.
• Experience reviewing and processing invoices with proper documentation and payment follow-up.
• Proficiency in CONTPAQi / CompaQ accounting software.

Responsabilidades

• Process vendor invoices and arrange timely payments.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor account activity.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams on financial inquiries.
