What our Customer Service Coordinator do:

  • Inventory Inbounds & Outbounds Booking
  • Inventory Monthly Reconciliation
  • Collection Booking
  • AR Monthly Reconciliation
  • Cost of Sales Booking
  • Responsible for customer billing
  • Goods Physical Inventories
  • Assist with Special Projects Related to Finance Operation
  • Provide support for the operations team as assigned.

What we look for:

  • Two to five years’ experience in related areas
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
  • Knowledge of Mexico fiscal laws.
  • Possesses a strong customer service orientation in order to respond to internal customer needs in a timely manner.
  • Exhibits strong organizational and multi-tasking skills in order to handle multiple, competing priorities and duties (planned and unplanned).
  • Knowledge of all Microsoft applications at the intermediate level preferred.
  • Knowledge of Commercial ERP's
