Henkel is seeking an Accountant to manage the asset lifecycle, including master data, capitalization, retirements, and month-end closing, while ensuring regulatory compliance and timely financial reporting.

You will support audits and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results in a GBS environment.

Formación

• Knowledge of Fixed Assets accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced English and strong Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support accounting, closing, and reporting activities related to Fixed Assets for assigned entities.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with standards and internal policies; support audits and process improvements.
• Maintain asset master data, capitalization, disposals, and month-end closing tasks with cross-functional teams.

About this Position The accountant will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance through the comprehensive management of the asset lifecycle from maintaining master data, capitalizations, and retirements, to month-end closing activities and audit support while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality financial reporting.
What You´ll Do

• Responsible for supporting the accounting, closing, and reporting activities related to Fixed Assets for assigned entities.
• Ensures accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and internal policies, while supporting audits, reporting, and process improvements within a GBS environment.
• Performs key activities such as asset master data maintenance, capitalization, disposals, and month-end closing tasks, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver timely and accurate financial information.
