Formación

• Prior accounting experience with a U.S.-based company is mandatory.
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
• High attention to detail with excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English (B2 level or higher).
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.

About The Opportunity

Karo Solutions is partnering with a fast-growing, international client in the e-commerce space to find a highly skilled Accountant. This is an exciting opportunity to join a remote-first team where your financial expertise will have a direct impact on the business. You'll be working closely with the Head of Finance to maintain financial integrity, streamline processes, and support key decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the Head of Finance
• Manage, reconcile, and verify financial transactions with precision and accuracy
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll for a team of over 60 employees
• Ensure accurate classification and recording of all financial data
• Prepare monthly financial reports and adjustments
• Monitor budgets and highlight any variances

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Prior accounting experience with a U.S.-based company is mandatory
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
• Experience in a service-based company with varied pricing models and flexible payment structures
• High attention to detail with excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Fluency in English (B2 level or higher)
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup

• Full-time availability (40 hours per week)
• Immediate start preferred
