A leading company in educational travel seeks an organized individual to support Account Managers in tour planning and customer service. This role involves managing tasks, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with various departments to enhance customer experiences. This role involves working closely with Account Managers on tour planning and increasing registrations. Responsibilities include building relationships with Program Leaders, collaborating with various departments to deliver excellent customer service, and assisting with account correspondence. The position requires contributing to the customer service team, supporting colleagues, and developing skills to potentially serve as an Account Manager. Professionalism, confidentiality, a positive attitude, promptness, and alignment with company goals are essential. The role may also include supporting other departments during non-travel periods to advance the company's mission.
