DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Account Manager to build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upselling opportunities. The ideal candidate will be fluent in German, English, and Spanish, with logistics experience and a strong customer-centric approach.

Formación

  • Desirable logistics experience.
  • Previous experience as an account manager.
  • Knowledge of finance (P&L, budget, billing, invoicing).

Responsabilidades

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the customer and the company.

Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with our service.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Act as the primary point of contact between the customer and the company, ensuring that projects and contracts are delivered on time, within budget, and meet customer expectations.
  2. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services to existing customers, contributing to overall revenue growth.
  3. Address and resolve any issues or concerns that customers may have, acting as an advocate for the customer within the organization.
  4. Collaborate with customers to develop strategies that align with their goals and objectives, helping them achieve success through DHL's offerings.
  5. Monitor account performance, gather feedback, and report on metrics to ensure continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
  6. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to customers and inform business strategies.
Who We Are Looking For:
  1. Fluent in German, English, and Spanish.
  2. Desirable logistics experience.
  3. Previous experience as an account manager (RFQ, sales, customer centricity).
  4. Knowledge of finance (P&L, budget, billing, invoicing).
