Formación

Job Purpose:

Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with our service.

Key responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the customer and the company, ensuring that projects and contract are delivered on time, within budget, and meet customer expectations.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services to existing customers, contributing to overall revenue growth.
  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns that customers may have, acting as an advocate for the customer within the organization.
  • Collaborate with customers to develop strategies that align with their goals and objectives, helping them achieve success through theDHL's offerings.
  • Monitor account performance, gather feedback, and report on metrics to ensure continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to customer and inform business strategies.
Who we are looking for:
  • Fluent German, Fluent in English, and Spanish.
  • Desirable logistic experience
  • Must have previous experience as account manager (RFQ, sales, Customer centricity)
  • Finance knowledge (P&L, budget, billing, invoice, etc.)
