Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager, located in Cancun. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, offering trading support, and assisting in onboarding new clients. The role involves addressing clients' inquiries, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of financial markets, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The Account Manager will work closely with other teams to enhance clients' trading experience and contribute to the growth of the business.

Additionally, the candidate must have proven experience working in B2B environments with long-term clients, as well as solid knowledge of financial products such as Copy Trading and PAMM systems. Familiarity with MetaTrader platforms is also required.
