Overview:

As an Account Manager for the LATAM region, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Your primary focus will be on nurturing relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling our products and services, and driving customer success in this fast-growing market.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Account Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients in the LATAM region.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all client-related inquiries and issues.
  1. Customer Satisfaction:
  • Regularly assess customer satisfaction through feedback calls, surveys, and in-person meetings.
  • Address customer concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
  1. Cross-Selling and Upselling:
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional products and services to existing clients.
  • Develop tailored proposals and presentations to showcase the value of our offerings.
  1. Performance Tracking:
  • Monitor account performance and customer usage data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
  • Prepare detailed account reports and updates to share with management and relevant teams.
  1. Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive approach to account management.
  • Participate in product training and development sessions to stay updated on industry trends and product features.
  1. Growth Strategy:
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for growth within the LATAM region.
  • Assist in the implementation of promotional campaigns and initiatives tailored to existing customers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in account management or sales, in the LATAM region.
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets through cross-selling and upselling efforts.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software such as HubSpot or Salesforce
