DESCRIPTION

The LATAM Global Selling team is seeking an Account Manager to join our new Program NARF MX2US organization. This role will support MX merchants in expanding their business into the US marketplace.


The primary objective of a NARF Account Manager is to engage with existing Brand Owners (BOs) from a selected Lead Pool in the MX Marketplace. The role involves assisting SPs in developing their US market presence through inputs and program adoption, including: Selection, FBA, Ads, Merchandising, and Conversion rates.


The ideal candidate is motivated, agile, and possesses strong time and project management skills, along with technical and analytical abilities. Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, as well as a keen attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results on time.


As an Account Manager for Strategic Accounts, you will shape the future of the organization and ensure Seller satisfaction by providing strategic insights and maintaining high operational standards. You will build joint business plans with your Sellers, explore opportunities for new selection, fulfillment, traffic, conversion, and operational improvements. Your role involves driving Seller growth through customized insights, training, and positive program experiences. You will advocate for Sellers' experiences on Amazon, using root cause analysis to address concerns and identify opportunities.

Key job responsibilities
  1. Develop a comprehensive understanding of Amazon's Selling products, the e-commerce industry, and the competitive landscape.
  2. Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities and influence long-term strategies for your portfolio of Sellers.
  3. Lead business strategy development and design long-term account plans, collaborating with internal teams and Sellers to find joint opportunities.
  4. Build effective relationships with Sellers, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate.
  5. Use data and anecdotes to represent the voice of the customer internally, driving prioritization and value delivery.
  6. Track metrics to measure Seller success.
  7. Prepare and present business reviews on Seller progress and health.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of sales or account management experience
  • 2+ years in digital advertising and client-facing roles
  • Experience analyzing data to assess performance drivers
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Fluent in English (speaking, writing, reading)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience analyzing key issues and resolution metrics for managed accounts
  • Experience in relationship management within technology, startups, or SaaS platforms
