What we're looking for:

Sermo is seeking an Account Executive Support to assist the Account Owner by creating proposals tailored to our clients’ needs, with the goal of driving revenue. Responsibilities include preparing incoming proposals from new and existing clients, setting up new bids, confirming internal feasibility, managing partner relationships, performing desk research, reviewing past projects for guidance, and evaluating pricing.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary business development administrator within Salesforce, handling account, contact, and opportunity maintenance, setup, and approvals.
  • Transfer record ownership due to territory changes and keep the client database current.
  • Import and assign leads and contacts.
  • Assist the commercial team by researching prospective clients and qualifying potential new clients using business acumen.
  • Help draft RFP submissions, sales pitches, presentations, reference materials, and other documents.
  • Manage insertion orders within third-party and internal sales systems.
  • Maintain knowledge of products and services offered.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, administration, mathematics, or sciences.
  • Experience or knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods is a plus.
  • International experience is a plus.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies.
