Account Executive (Sales Closer) – Contractor (Hybrid)

Are you passionate about sales, experienced in closing deals, and eager to join a dynamic and innovative team? If so, this opportunity is for you! As an Account Executive (Closer), you'll be responsible for closing new business opportunities from both inbound leads (SEO and PPC) and active prospecting, while continuously seeking ways to increase the Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV) of our existing clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute consultative sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and prospect potential clients by building strong, long-term relationships.
  • Deliver compelling and customized presentations of our services, clearly communicating benefits and value to clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the post-sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and client referrals.
  • Use market research tools such as Semrush, Similarweb, and Ahrefs to conduct competitive analysis.
  • Use the phone as the main channel to engage with new prospects, follow up, and maintain active communication throughout the sales process.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in consultative service sales, with a consistent track record of meeting monthly targets.
  • Strong understanding of consultative sales principles and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Native or fluent Spanish is required; advanced English is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and relationship building.
  • Experience using digital marketing analysis tools (e.g., Semrush, Ahrefs, Similarweb) and CRM platforms such as HubSpot.
  • Previous experience selling services and solutions.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, including SEO and PPC.
