Remote | Eastern Time Zone Hours | Mid-Level | Fast-Growing Trade School

We’re looking for an Account Executive (LATAM) to join one of the fastest-growing trade school graduate producers in the U.S. This is a mid-level sales role focused on managing qualified leads, guiding prospects through the enrollment process, and supporting deal closures. You'll play a key role in helping individuals access life-changing education while contributing to a high-growth, mission-driven team.

Schedule

  • Tuesday to Thursday: 1PM – 8PM EST
  • Saturday: 9AM – 3PM EST

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Engage inbound leads and proactively follow up with warm prospects
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand needs and deliver compelling value pitches
  • Address objections, build trust, and move prospects through the sales funnel
  • Schedule follow-ups and assist leadership with closing deals
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline data in HubSpot (or similar CRM)
  • Provide feedback to improve messaging, targeting, and sales workflows

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years in sales, inside sales, or a customer-facing role
  • At least 1 year of experience cold calling and prospecting
  • Minimum 1 year in an Account Executive position
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (Spanish proficiency is a plus)
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple conversations at once
  • Professional, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent
  • Must be able to work remotely and be available during EST hours
