Job Title: Account Executive (English/Spanish)

Location: Remote (Must be available to work Eastern Standard Time hours)

Client Regions: United States & South America

About The Role

We are seeking a driven and bilingual Account Executive with a background in Fintech or financial services to join our remote sales team. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth by managing client relationships, The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong communication skills, a deep understanding of financial products or services, and a proven ability to close deals and drive revenue growth.

You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting and presenting to negotiating and closing—while building and maintaining lasting relationships with clients across the U.S. and South America.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire sales cycle: sourcing, outreach, pitching, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in both the United States and South America.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Fintech and financial services sectors.
  • Conduct virtual meetings and deliver compelling sales presentations in both English and Spanish.
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of all client interactions using CRM tools.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless post-sale transition and client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • 1+ year of experience as an Account Executive or similar sales role, with a proven record of closing deals.
  • Strong knowledge of consultative and solution-based selling techniques.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work remotely and adhere to EST working hours.
  • Comfortable using CRM software and digital communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, HubSpot, Salesforce).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B sales across diverse industries.
  • Knowledge of the cultural nuances and business practices in both U.S. and South American markets.
  • Previous experience working in a fully remote environment.
