We are seeking an Account Executive to join our team in Mexico. In this role, you will manage day-to-day interactions with clients, monitoring project progress, providing regular updates and proactively addressing questions to foster a positive client relationship. Collaborating closely with the delivery team to oversee the execution of project plans, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and client expectations.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project activities, ensuring alignment with client contracts and goals.
• Acts as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and delivering a superior experience.
• Analyze client needs and provide tailored recommendations to meet their objectives.
• Inspire others by showcasing technical expertise, fulfilling commitments, and fostering an atmosphere of mutual trust.
• Monitor project performance and proactively addresses challenges to meet quality and timeline expectations, reviewing all client-facing documentation and communications for accuracy.
• Analyze industry trends and evaluate their impact on projects and campaigns. Proposes improvements and shares insights through workshops and training sessions.
• Deliver compelling narratives, translating complex topics into accessible insights, showing strong understanding of non-verbal cues to enhance communication.

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years of experience in similar roles and industry
• Experience in Influencer Marketing is a plus
• Availability to work full time in an hybrid model in Mexico City (2 days on-site + 3 home office)
• Completed university degree and complementary training in related fields.
• Advanced or Fluent English level
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, proactivity, team work, customer oriented.
• Tools - Excel, Productive (or similar), Google Workspace
