A leading global technology company in Ciudad de México is seeking an Accessibility Analyst to perform design reviews and ensure compliance with accessibility standards. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least one year of experience in accessibility testing. Proficiency in English is required. This position offers the opportunity to work with assistive technologies and improve user interactions with digital content.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1 year of experience in accessibility testing.
  • Experience with assistive technology (e.g., screen readers, switch access, magnification) and accessibility checking tools (e.g., Accessibility Scanner, Lighthouse).
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience developing digital products that comply with accessibility standards.
  • Experience using various assistive technologies (e.g., screen readers, magnifiers) on desktop and mobile devices.
  • Familiarity with a wide range of disabilities and their impact on user interactions with digital content.
  • Knowledge of web accessibility principles, laws, and standards, including WCAG, Section 508, and EN 301 549.
  • Knowledge of digital accessibility and disability best practices.
  • Ability to identify and debug accessibility issues within web pages using HTML, CSS, and ARIA.

  • Triage accessibility issues and plan their resolution priorities.
  • Test new user-facing accessibility features for quality and polish.
