  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1 year of experience in accessibility testing.
  • Experience with assistive technology (e.g., screen readers, switch access, magnification), and with accessibility checking tools (e.g., Accessibility Scanner, Lighthouse).
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience developing digital products that comply with accessibility standards.
  • Experience using various assistive technologies (e.g., screen readers, magnifiers) on both desktop and mobile devices.
  • Familiarity with a wide range of disabilities and how they impact users' interactions with digital content.
  • Knowledge of web accessibility principles and an understanding of relevant laws and standards, including WCAG, Section 508, and EN 301 549.
  • Knowledge of digital accessibility and disability best practices.
  • Ability to effectively identify and debug accessibility issues within web pages using HTML, CSS, and ARIA.
