We are currently looking for a Access Management Analyst to join our team in Mexico City.

A Day in the Life:

1. Manage User Lifecycle (Joiners, Movers, Leavers)
  • Create, modify, and revoke user accounts and access privileges across systems.
  • Ensure appropriate authorization levels are assigned based on role changes.
2. Access Governance and Compliance
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews of privileged access.
  • Participate in IAM audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Work closely with internal customers, business analysts, and application teams to gather and validate access requirements.
4. System Maintenance and Reporting
  • Maintain IAM system documentation and update configurations based on organizational changes.
  • Generate reports and metrics on PAM activities and access anomalies.
5. Training and Continuous Improvement
  • Provide onboarding training for new users on IAM tools and processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, threats, and best practices in identity and access management.

Who We’re Looking for:

Required:

-5+ years Information Security experience with at least 2 of those years focused on Privileged Access Management.

Strong understanding of Active Directory, LDAP, Windows/Linux systems, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Must

· Experience in designing and implementing PAM solutions, such as BeyondTrust , for enterprise organizations.

· Experience with password safe tools such as BeyondTrust Password safe for both Windows and Linux environments.

· Experience with required PowerShell and Linux/UNIX scripting languages

· Strong understanding of Identity Lifecycle in regard to privileged accounts and how people use accounts.

Demonstrate an advanced understanding of troubleshooting and configuring Privileged applications, Privileged ID Management, and API integrations.
