WorldStrides is seeking an Academic Affairs Associate to ensure accuracy of courses on the WSHE site. This role is not customer-facing and involves archiving old courses, adding new ones, and editing existing information with cross‑functional team support.
You will review host university sites worldwide, including non‑English sources, and communicate updates to program managers while assisting with transcripts and related records tasks. Hybrid work options are available.

Reporting to the Senior AVP, Curriculum and Academics, the Academic Affairs Associate maintains the course information displayed on the WSHE website. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of courses (archiving old courses, adding new ones, and editing existing ones as necessary) through a regular review of host university websites and through proactive communication with WSHE program managers. It is a focused, detail-driven role that is not customer-facing, with training and support from a stable, long-tenured team. Other academic course-related projects are to be undertaken as necessary.
