Placements24 is seeking an innovative Abogado Consultor en Propiedad Intelectual to join a fully remote legal team. You will advise clients on patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets, conduct IP due diligence, and draft and prosecute applications, while managing global IP portfolios. Fluency in Spanish is required with English advantageous.

The role emphasizes independent work, strategic IP planning, and collaboration across clients in diverse sectors within a remote-first framework.

Qualifications

• Law degree with specialization in intellectual property.
• Minimum 6 years of IP-focused experience including prosecution, enforcement, and transactions.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Fluency in Spanish; English skills advantageous; Bar Association membership is required.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on IP law across patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.
• Conduct IP searches, analyses, and due diligence.
• Draft and prosecute patent and trademark applications.
