Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. in Aguascalientes, Mexico, seeks a manufacturing operator to ensure production plans are followed and line outputs meet targets. You will support budgeting, resource allocation and cost control, while complying with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include wafer/component preparation, processing to specifications, basic machine setup, and coordination with maintenance or external providers as needed. Previous CNC programming may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Ensuring adherence to production plans and line outputs as assigned.
• Adhering to internal work instructions, safety rules and applicable regulations (e.g., EHS).
• Planning or contributing to the unit's budget, allocating resources and controlling costs.
• Executing or supervising front-end manufacturing processes according to procedures, including wafer/component prep and monitoring hand-stock.
• Processing components or semi-products to specifications and quality standards, and coordinating with maintenance or external service providers when needed.
• Performing basic machine-related setup and/or CNC/SPS programming if required, reporting failures to supervisors.

Ensuring compliance with production plans and production line outputs and keeping production assigned overall efficient. Adhering or ensuring adherence to relevant internal work instructions, safety rules and applicable regulations (e.g., EHS). Planning or contributing to unit's budget, allocating resources and keeping manufacturing cost as planned. Executing, supervising or managing manufacturing front-end processes a assigned, according to specified procedures, e.g.:

• Preparation of wafers, components or semi-products and monitors related hand-stock.
• Processing components or semi-products/products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Performing basic machine-related setup and/or CNC / SPS-programming, if required. Cooperating with maintenance technicians and/or external service providers in repair issues. A job at this level… Executes task(s), as ordered or explained. Reports any failure or dysfunctionality to responsible employees or supervisor. Obeys all work rules and EHS regulations as valid for the work task(s) assigned.
