Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. is seeking a manufacturing professional in Chihuahua to ensure production plans are met and lines operate efficiently.

The role involves preparing wafers and semi-products, processing components to specifications, basic machine setup, and coordinating with maintenance while adhering to EHS rules. The ideal candidate will support front-end processes, assist in budgeting and resource allocation, and execute tasks as directed with a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare wafers, components or semi-products and monitor related stock.
• Process components according to specifications and quality standards.
• Perform basic machine setup and CNC programming when required.
• Coordinate with maintenance or external service providers on issues.
• Execute assigned tasks and report any failures while following EHS rules.

Descripción del empleo

Ensuring compliance with production plans and production line outputs and keeping production assigned overall efficient. Adhering or ensuring adherence to relevant internal work instructions, safety rules and applicable regulations (e.g., EHS). Planning or contributing to unit's budget, allocating resources and keeping manufacturing cost as planned. Executing, supervising or managing manufacturing front-end processes a assigned, according to specified procedures, e.g.:

• Preparation of wafers, components or semi-products and monitors related hand-stock.
• Processing components or semi-products/products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Performing basic machine-related setup and/or CNC / SPS-programming, if required.

Cooperating with maintenance technicians and/or external service providers in repair issues.

A job at this level… Executes task(s), as ordered or explained. Reports any failure or dysfunctionality to responsible employees or supervisor. Obeys all work rules and EHS regulations as valid for the work task(s) assigned.
