Formación

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Cook or similar role.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment.

Responsabilidades

  • Collect provision orders and store them appropriately.
  • Prepare food according to Company recipes.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the Galley and equipment.
  • Provide general assistance to the Sous Chef.

Conocimientos

Experience in a culinary environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for collecting provision orders from the provision area and storing them appropriately.
  • Prepare food according to Company recipes and specifications, as directed by the Sous Chef / Chef de Partie.
  • Seek guidance from the Sous Chef / Chef de Partie in executing production tasks.
  • Assist the Sous Chef in maintaining cleanliness of the Galley and equipment.
  • Deliver prepared food items to various food outlets/restaurants efficiently and on time.
  • Provide general assistance to the Sous Chef / Chef de Partie.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • At least 1 year of experience in a culinary environment as Assistant Cook or similar role.
  • Culinary education (preferred).
  • Knowledge of basic food preparation, presentation, and preservation.
  • Understanding of Public Health and Sanitation regulations.
  • Ability to organize and meet deadlines.
  • Good English skills, verbal and written.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
