Ebury León is seeking a Building Maintenance & Security Coordinator to transform our new headquarters into a first-class office. You will oversee 24/7 facility operations, ensure zero downtime for critical systems, and drive asset management strategies with a focus on decarbonization and safety.

Reporting to the Head of Global Business Services, you will collaborate with the León Office Manager and local stakeholders to uphold regulatory compliance, manage vendor relationships, and lead

Formación

• Minimum five years in corporate office management, hospitality environments, or high-traffic facilities.
• Proven track record in 24/7 mission-critical operations and zero-downtime.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; effective coordination with global teams.
• Technical background in electrical systems and climate control is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• 24/7 facility operations: manage BMS, HVAC, ventilation, electrical panels, and general maintenance.
• Maintain critical infrastructure: oversee UPS, electrical loads and safety controls for uptime.
• Lead safety, compliance, inspections, and regulatory requirements as property owner.
• Coordinate renovations and rooftop sustainability projects, including potential PV installations.
• Manage vendor relationships and long-term asset value through documentation and reporting.
