A Day In The Life:
As a Revenue Growth Management Coordinator, you must be self-motivated, proactive, and able to work on your own initiative. Your responsibilities include:
- Data Management and Analysis:
- Gather, organize, and analyze data from diverse sources, including CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and financial systems.
- Develop reports and dashboards to monitor key revenue metrics, such as conversion rates, sales pipeline velocity, customer acquisition costs, and retention rates.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data to inform strategic decisions and revenue growth initiatives.
- Conduct basic financial analysis related to pricing, promotions, and trade spend.
- Process Optimization and Support:
- Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency.
- Support the development and refinement of pricing strategies and promotional activities, analyzing their impact.
- Contribute to executing revenue growth strategies aligned with business goals.
- Support management of revenue-related tools and technologies, such as CRM systems and data analytics tools.
- Assist in implementing and integrating new technologies to enhance revenue operations.
- Provide training on revenue-related tools and technologies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Facilitate communication among sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on revenue goals.
- Collaborate with departments to understand needs and provide data-driven insights.
- Forecasting and Planning Support:
- Assist in creating and maintaining revenue forecasts and identifying growth opportunities.
- Support planning and execution of go-to-market strategies and initiatives.
Who You Are:
- 2 to 4 years of experience
- In-depth knowledge of consumer products/categories
- Experience in consumer products and FMCG industries
