A Day In The Life:

As a Revenue Growth Management Coordinator, you must be self-motivated, proactive, and able to work on your own initiative. Your responsibilities include:

  • Data Management and Analysis:
  • Gather, organize, and analyze data from diverse sources, including CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and financial systems.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to monitor key revenue metrics, such as conversion rates, sales pipeline velocity, customer acquisition costs, and retention rates.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data to inform strategic decisions and revenue growth initiatives.
  • Conduct basic financial analysis related to pricing, promotions, and trade spend.
  • Process Optimization and Support:
  • Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Support the development and refinement of pricing strategies and promotional activities, analyzing their impact.
  • Contribute to executing revenue growth strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Support management of revenue-related tools and technologies, such as CRM systems and data analytics tools.
  • Assist in implementing and integrating new technologies to enhance revenue operations.
  • Provide training on revenue-related tools and technologies.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Facilitate communication among sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with departments to understand needs and provide data-driven insights.
  • Forecasting and Planning Support:
  • Assist in creating and maintaining revenue forecasts and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Support planning and execution of go-to-market strategies and initiatives.

Who You Are:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience
  • In-depth knowledge of consumer products/categories
  • Experience in consumer products and FMCG industries
