Formación

Our services span from project design and development to testing, validation, programming, implementation, and manufacturing.

We are seeking Mechanical Engineers to work on trunk, tailgate, and frunk systems. The ideal candidates will have experience in designing and developing these systems; knowledge of load studies, GD&T strategies, and support for 3D structure updates is a plus. Responsibilities include ensuring functionality, reliability, and quality throughout all product development phases.

General Activities:

  • Ensure functionality, reliability, and quality of trunk, tailgate, and frunk systems during all development phases.
  • Design and develop components such as trunk sills, sub trunks, load floors, and support structures.
  • Design and develop tailgate components, including lower, upper, and side sections.
  • Design and develop trunk components, including compartments, cargo floor covers, and accessories.
  • Implement mounting systems, GD&T strategies, and rib patterns.
  • Design and integrate additional features and structures.
  • Perform load studies and interface analysis.
  • Develop Class A surface sections and support 3D versions.
  • Perform Off-Tool Tryout (OKTT) and Off-Tool Completion (OKTC); experience with these processes is a plus.
  • Update 3D structures as needed.
  • Minimum of 4.5 years of experience in mechanical engineering using CAD tools (preferably in the automotive industry); internships will not be considered.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks).
  • Strong understanding of GD&T and experience creating detailed engineering drawings.
  • Experience with load studies and structural analysis.
  • Knowledge of Class A surface development.
  • Experience with 3D releases, OKTT, and OKTC processes is a plus.
  • Advanced English level, capable of technical communication and documentation.
