Giving Home Health Care is seeking an RN or LPN to provide in-home patient care under a physician plan of care. This 1099 contract role offers flexible scheduling, mileage reimbursement, and a $10,000 sign-on bonus, with shifts up to 84 hours per week and 12-hour day or night options.

The nurse will work in the patient’s residence, supporting ADLs and transfers, with 24-hour HHA coverage ensuring someone is always present.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited college or university.
• Current State or Compact License as RN or LPN.
• CPR certification is required.
• TB test and physical examination.

Responsabilidades

• Execute physician prescribed plans of care.
• Complete compliant documentation of care.
• Manage and administer prescribed medications & therapies.
• Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care.
• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Monitor vitals and GI intake/output.
• Assess skin integrity and wound care.
• Watch for changes in patient condition and report.
• Educate patient/family and train caregivers.
• Provide one-on-one in-home care and coordinate with staff.
