Summary
Detailed Description

Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:

  1. Under supervision and with minimal assistance, define, specify, qualify, install, support, and optimize test process and test equipment solutions for manufacturing.
  2. Lead test process optimization, focusing on productivity improvements related to cycle time and yield for specific equipment within an Operations value stream.
  3. Debug test processes and equipment solutions using design of experiments, tools, and failure analysis methodologies.
  4. Collaborate with Quality, Process, and Equipment engineers to identify and resolve product and test yield and performance issues.
  5. Develop improvement roadmaps for test coverage, diagnosability, reparability, test time reduction, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
  6. Analyze and interpret data from yield reports, equipment logs, and diagnostics to identify sources of yield loss.
  7. Support process engineers in improving defect detection as part of a Process Control plan.
  8. Assist in integrating test equipment into Manufacturing Execution Systems, including managing yield data, tester logs, and product parameters.

  3. Repetitive manual movements, such as data entry and mouse use, are common.
  4. Occasional travel may be necessary.
