ALTEN Mexico is seeking an experienced Product Owner to drive product vision, strategy, and backlog management in an Agile environment. You will align stakeholders with business goals, lead cross-functional teams, and shape the roadmap to deliver valuable software products.

The role emphasizes collaboration with UX/UI, engineering, and QA, leveraging data to guide decisions and improve user experience. English proficiency is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS, business or engineering.
• 5+ years in product management or as a Product Owner in Agile.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles.
• Experience creating and managing product roadmaps and backlogs.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage teams.
• Experience with Jira or Confluence.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal); other languages a plus.
