- Assisting medical staff with patient care, including taking vital signs, obtaining medical histories, preparing patients for examination and assisting physicians during exams
- Handling patient inquiries and scheduling appointments
- Maintaining patient records in an organized manner
- Performing basic laboratory tests under the direction of a physician
- Administering medications as prescribed by physicians
- Ensuring that all medical equipment is well-maintained and in good working condition
- Performing other duties as needed or assigned by supervising physician or clinic administrator
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in a medical setting preferred but not required
