Job Title: Manager
Salary: 1100
Location: Al-Kuwait
Experience Required: Minimum work experience required

Responsibilities

• Developing strategies for achieving organizational goals and objectives
• Overseeing daily operations of the organization including staff, resources, processes, and customer service
• Identifying areas of improvement within the organization and developing plans for improvement
• Establishing policies, procedures, standards, and operational objectives
• Monitoring performance against targets and providing feedback to teams on their progress
• Working with internal stakeholders to create an integrated organization across departments
• Budgeting to ensure that all resources are available where needed
• Managing external relationships with vendors, suppliers, customers, partners etc.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field is preferred but not required
• A minimum of 5 years’ work experience in a management role is preferred
• Ability to lead teams effectively and delegate tasks appropriately
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
